About the project
PURELEI, known for its unique jewelry inspired by the Hawaiian Aloha spirit, sought to expand its presence beyond its core markets. While the Mahina Club subscription in Germany marked the start of our collaboration, the focus quickly shifted to internationalizing their paid ads strategy. We now manage campaigns for Switzerland, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and additional European countries. In close coordination with PURELEI’s core team, we ensure that Germany and Austria also benefit from aligned strategies and insights.
The solution
To successfully expand into diverse markets, we restructured PURELEI’s ad campaigns with a strong emphasis on localized strategies. By testing and analyzing market-specific preferences, we identified critical creative and messaging adjustments to maximize engagement. Challenges included aligning product-centric creatives with cultural nuances and scaling high-performing campaigns efficiently. Regular alignment meetings with PURELEI ensured optimal results, while additional projects, such as the Advent calendar campaign targeting male audiences in Germany, highlighted our ability to innovate and adapt.
Results
Within the first year, we exceeded all goals for PURELEI’s internationalization. The campaigns drove significant growth in new markets, with country-specific strategies increasing ROI and engagement. PURELEI now operates with a streamlined, scalable approach to Meta Ads across Europe, backed by ongoing performance optimization and strategic alignment with the core team.
